Ways To Serve

Do you want to serve? Do you wish there was something you could do to help someone else? Jesus modeled servitude for us when he washed the disciples' feet, and when he told us to feed the hungry and care for the sick. Being a Christian is more than just coming to church, enjoying the music, hearing the word of God, and visiting with your friends. Yes, those are all wonderful blessings we enjoy at church, but a great part of being a fully devoted follower of Christ is helping others. Life wants to be a church that cares for others.

The Bible says to go "to the uttermost parts of the earth." That is a big task, but one that starts with helping a neighbor. We must be servants together.
